The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle) and a dining table with chairs. The room is fully furnished and includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk with chair. From the kitchen, there is also access to a small private balcony. The room is fully ready to move in. The price includes everything (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and other utilities). A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. For stays of less than 3 months, the deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. Additionally, we can provide proof of accommodation or a business license if needed.
